Use Effective Online Advertising To Explode Your Website Traffic

Use Effective Online Advertising To Explode Your Website Traffic by Richard Legg

If you have a website it doesn't matter if it's the most expensive looking websites in the world, with the best graphics and fancy animation. The truth is, if you aren't getting any traffic then you're not going to make any money. One of the top methods to get traffic is through advertising online.

Using this technique, you can get a flood of traffic from visitors who are likely to be targeted to the product or service you are offering. This will also increase your chances of making a sale off your website.

Before you start your campaign, you will first of all need to ensure that the copy for your ads is compelling enough to get people to act. You want a professional copywriter who is able to take your online campaign and make it even more profitable.

In the copy, it's important to include the most targeted keywords you can and it also needs to assist in the article writing process. But even if you cannot hire a good copywriter for any reason, you can still ask for help from your webmaster in getting meta tags for your website.

By using PPC (pay per click) methods, you can also drive very targeted traffic. But for this method to be effective, you will have to find the most relevant keywords for your website. When you have the keywords you need, it will be relatively easy to set up ads that go with the text links for your site.

This technique will increase the exposure your website receives, but you'd have to pay a small fee for every click that visitors will uses on your site. Even so, using PPC search engines are still a very good technique for driving potential customers to your site.

You can also use article submission for your targeted online advertising. You can generate articles that are related to your interests, and then submit them to e-zines that specialize on the same interests. You can include a link to your website at the bottom of each article. Providing you have engaged the readers enough, people will click through to your website to see what other information you may have.

You can either write the articles yourself, or you may choose to go with a qualified writer. Either way, this is a very good way of targeted online advertising.

Using these techniques can give your online advertising campaign a significant boost. You can pay a copywriter to create your copy for you if you don't want to do it yourself. You can also submit interesting articles to related e-zines which can drive in targeted traffic to your site, or you can use a pay-per-click search engine for attracting more people. You can even use a combination of these three tips.

If effectively used, targeted online advertising will be invaluable in reaching the people who will be your potential customers, and develop your website into a successful online business.

Antique Vehicle Insurance - What You Must Consider

Antique Vehicle Insurance - What You Must Consider by Scott Salter

Many people choose to restore and then display their antique cars at shows. No serious owner would ever fail to insure this prized possession. With such interest in old cars you will not be surprised to learn there are antique car insurance companies that take a particular interest in insuring this type of vehicle. With so many classic car insurers available, an owner should have no problem insuring their prized possession. Competition amongst insurers should also mean a quote that meets with the owner's financial requirements.

The area of antique vehicle insurance has not gone unnoticed by commercial auto insurers who now have special policies for the collectors of antique cars. These plans reflect the specialized nature of this type of auto cover and are often called 'collectors auto insurance'. Although the policies may seem the same as the policies that regular auto cover provides, they are not and the agent will require exact details of the car to be insured before a full quotation can be supplied. The agent will be able to help you choose what level of coverage you require and can afford and the level at which the deductible needs to be set.

One particular benefit of insuring your antique car through a large commercial insurer is the fact that they should be reliable; these companies usually have a good reputation as they have been established for many years. The other advantage of this type of insurer is their ability to also arrange the protection on any other regular vehicle you own. The security of having an established company provide antique car insurance for an older car is well worth the premium they will charge.

There are also many independent auto insurers available through which you can purchase car cover for an older car; the downside being that you may have to use a (different) standard auto insurer for any other car you own. Some of these independent insurance companies will only insure a particular type of classic car, so if the car you are attempting to insure is particularly rare, it may be difficult to find a provider that will provide coverage for it. It is worth doing some research when choosing an independent antique car insurer to make sure they have a good reputation as you will have a great deal of money at stake.

It can be an awkward situation when you have been regularly paying your insurance premium only to find your insurance company will not pay out on a claim you have made. Locating an antique car insurance company is not as straightforward as finding a regular auto insurance provider so it may be necessary to persevere to end up having your car protected by the correct insurance policy. Most classic cars are worth many thousands of dollars and that is a big loss if the car is ever stolen or destroyed so having the right cover may be the most valuable protection you ever purchase.

Understanding The Vocabulary Of Energy Healing

Understanding The Vocabulary Of Energy Healing by Albert Alexander

You have probably come across exotic-sounding terms such as "chakra", "prana", "aura", and "tantra" in your course of reading books on spirituality, sex, and healing in the New Age literature section of the bookstore. But what's the real scoop behind these exotic vocabularies?

Are All Energy Healings the Same?

Chakra or energy center is a term used in Pranic healing, an ancient Hindu system of energy healing. "Prana" means life energy. "Aura" is another terminology traced to Pranic healing. Aura is a non-physical body that consists of energy, which exists along with our physical body. The aura that covers our body is said to have seven layers pertaining to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of an individual as manifested by energy. Studying the color and thickness of auras give ideas on the state of health of individuals. Six colors are associated with aura and interpreted into six personalities. These colors are all present in an individual but one or two are more pronounced.

Green - ambitious achiever
Blue - spiritual peacemaker
White - unconventional chameleon
Red - activist
Orange - creative communicator
Violet - psychic

Although Tantra is popularly associated with the peculiar practice of sex and spirituality, it is another method of energy healing. It comes from the word "tan" which means to spread or expand. The concept of connectedness is a recurring theme in Tantric writings on sex and spirituality. As a method of healing, spirituality and sex figure prominently. It is presupposed that the union of man and woman can reach spiritual levels during orgasm, which removes the body and mind off collected impurities. These impurities being negative energies can in turn manifest as physical illnesses.

Unlike Pranic and Tantric healings, which have Hindu origins, Reiki originated from Japan. It is relatively younger than Pranic and Tantric healings having been rediscovered in the early 1900's. Reiki stands for universal energy, an energy brought forth by higher intelligence. Students of Reiki are taught how to tap this energy to heal physical, emotional, and mental illnesses.

Although Pranic, Tantra, and Reiki are all systems of energy healing, they differ in the type of energy tapped for healing: life energy, sexual energy, and universal energy respectively.

The concepts of the connectedness of mind, body, and spirit; the connection of individuals to all living and nonliving things around them and to the universe; and how energy impacts physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are some of the salient similarities of these three healing methods.

Why Do People Turn to Energy Healing?

Pranic, Tantric, and Reiki are considered alternative methods of healing. In spite of the availability and relative accessibility of modern medicine, how come more and more people are being drawned to them? Here are some possible reasons:

Energy healing worked where modern medicine failed.

For several reasons both explainable and unexplainable, modern medical treatment failed to heal ailments and conditions in several if not many persons. Research or data may not be able to support this statement. But for the families of the dying as well as for the dying patient, they would take the risk of using alternative methods ranging from herbals and organics, faith healers, witch doctors, and New Age healing techniques just to be get well.

People perceive modern medicine to be isolating.

Medical treatments are oftentimes focused on the disease and its causative agent, which can make a patient feel isolated and treated like a mere host of the disease. Although recent developments in hospital practice are gradually promoting the holistic treatment of a patient, the perception still persists. Unlike in energy healing, since energy and spirituality are intimately linked, the patient feels that all aspects of his health are being attended to.

Energy healing is non-obtrusive and natural thus it is safer.

Repeated surgical procedures are physically and emotionally traumatic for most patients. It is but a logical and attractive option to both patient and families to look for less stressful health interventions. Moreover, with the rising popularity of New Age religions, going natural is the way to go.

Energy healing is a good way of relieving stress.

Meditation is part and parcel of energy healing methods and this is an added come-on for highly stressed people. Moreover, sophisticated equipment is not required thus it becomes all the more convenient for students and future students of energy healing.

The battle between alternative healing and mainstream medicine continues as both present the benefits of their approach. But in the final analysis, what matters is the restoration of good health.

Typical Porcelain Dental Veneer Procedure

Typical Porcelain Dental Veneer Procedure by Budda Oliver

Porcelain veneers are a great way to cover chipped, cracked, discolored, slightly misaligned, or gapped teeth. The procedure is quite common and can be easily performed by most dentists in a matter of a couple visits. The veneers are made of a thin strip of porcelain, which is bonded directly to the front of the teeth in order to improve the shape and/or color of your smile.

First, consult your dentist and clearly express what it is that you would like to achieve. Clearly communicating your desires and expectations with your dentist will help ensure that you have successful results that you will be happy with. Your dentist can fully explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have.

After the initial consultation, your first visit will be to fit you for your new smile. It may be necessary for your dentist to strip away small amounts of the tooth to make room for the porcelain veneers. If this is necessary, a local anesthetic will be used to alleviate any discomfort. Impressions of your teeth will then be made and sent away to be crafted to fit your smile as closely as possible. If your teeth require any contouring, temporary veneers may be given to you to use until the permanent veneers can be finished.

When you return to the dentist for your second visit, your porcelain veneers will be test fitted to your teeth to ensure a comfortable and precise fit. The dentist will then use a bonding agent to permanently secure the veneers to your teeth, creating a lasting seal. The tooth covering is then hardened, making your new smile durable and able to hold up to daily usage.

Your dentist will no doubt want to see you again for follow-up visits to ensure satisfactory results. Directly after the application of your porcelain veneers, your teeth may be a bit sensitive to temperature. Extremely hot or cold food and beverages should be avoided for the first two weeks if you experience any sensitivity.

As far as care goes, your porcelain tooth covering will be nearly just as durable as your teeth, and will only require the same care your teeth needed before the procedure. Flossing and brushing regularly will ensure that your veneers will last. A professional check-up and cleaning is recommended every 6 months, just as normal. With proper care, your new smile will typically last in upwards of 15 years.

Every dental institution's porcelain tooth coverings may differ slightly from this, but, in general, this is what you can expect when having porcelain dental veneers applied to your teeth. Be sure to consult your dentist to see if porcelain veneers will be helpful to you.

Start a Business by Riding the Solar Energy Revolution

Start a Business by Riding the Solar Energy Revolution by Daniel Stouffer

The renting of a solar energy system for your home is a new, attractive twist to the idea of switching to renewable energy. With the adoption of a leasing or rental model for residential solar electric systems, an average homeowner can now go green at home as well as build a part-time, solar energy business. The following article outlines the step by step requirements needed to start your own solar energy business.

Step 1: Understanding the Solar Energy Business

Environmental entrepreneurs are charged with connecting with homeowners, educating them related to their alternative energy options, and providing them with the option to rent a solar electric system. By starting a solar energy business, a person becomes a solar energy consultant, making it possible for homeowners to adopt solar (PV) technology in a simple, investment-free way. Not many renewable energy service are so simple.

This type of renewable energy business entails no up-front fees to get involved but there are time investments related to educating yourself and in turn educating the American homeowner about residential solar electric systems. The rental of solar equipment is just getting started with much adoption and growth expected. Solar energy is now cost competitive with the utility prices and homeowners no longer have to make an upfront investment to switch to solar power. They can simply rent a system and perhaps build a solar energy business on the side.

To start a solar energy business, a person does not need to be a college graduate or a seasoned sales executive. All that is needed is the desire to make a difference and share the belief with others that solar power will make that difference.

Step 2: Structuring of Your Solar Business

As a solar energy consultant, you are trained and supported by an experienced sales manager. The sales manager will support you in your initial days of solar energy industry education, sales cycle management, and how to effectively use the free sales tools. As you progress and begin to desire more responsibility, you can become a sales manager yourself by beginning to build your own marketing team.

Step 3: Registering and Completing the Solar Energy Training

Registering by entering your information and signing up online is just the first step to working towards managing your own solar energy business. Training is the second required step in the process. This small business opportunity demands detailed knowledge of the solar energy industry.

You do not need to become an electrician or solar energy system installer but you should work to understand the difference between fossil fuels and renewable fuels, to understand how the electricity grid works, and to understand how residential solar energy works. You must be properly trained in solar energy topics and related technology so that you have the confidence to pass on this knowledge.

Training tools are available to assist you with the required testing. Training tools, testing, and ongoing support is all free. It is also important to continually build your knowledge of the renewable energy industry. This solar energy business requires no investment on your part but it does stress training and the use of training tools because accurate knowledge breaks down barriers.

Step 4: Receiving Solar Energy Business Support

This solar energy business is centered upon ongoing support and growth. It is necessary for solar energy consultants to process solar system sales or referrals. There are free sales cycle management (CRM) tools included with this business opportunity. The sales aids make it very simple to complete the processing and help homeowners to rental a solar energy system.

Many resources are given to create a support system for your solar energy business: One-on-one training from your sales manager, raining resources, books, brochures, internal and external corporate websites, help desk and knowledge base (both support and training), and much more.

The small business opportunity outlined here has real meaning. Its grassroots goal is to spread the use of clean, renewable solar electric power as simply and as rapidly as possible. This opportunity has eliminated as many obstacles as possible to both the rental of solar electric systems for home owners as well as to entrepreneurs wishing to start a solar energy business.

The overall job of a solar energy consultant is to become ambassadors for positive change in the World of renewable solar energy. Solar energy is vital to the U.S. economy, energy security, and the environment. There is a simple choice to do the right thing. By helping America to rethink solar electric power, you can start your own solar energy business in a very cost effective way.

At Solargies, our goals are not to just promote the adoption of alternative energy sources and the help change the general mind set towards improved energy conservation but it is also my personal quest is to create a powerful, grassroots movement for social, economic and environmental change. Power Tennis Movement

Power Tennis Movement by Paul Gold

If you want to emulate the powerfully impressive style of play by world No.2 Rafael Nadal, try training on one leg.

Top tennis trainer Paul Gold explains

Who wouldn't want to be like Rafael Nadal? His muscle-bound physique and awesome talent with a tennis racket means he looks the part and plays the part of a player ranked No.2 in the world.

It's hardly surprising therefore that many players are hitting the gym in a quest to emulate their Spanish hero.

Modern tennis is, after all, all about power ' power of movement, power of shot and power of thought ' and Nadal is an undisputed world-class powerhouse in all of these departments.

It's clear that the stronger you are the greater the intensity at which you can perform and the less risk you face of injury. But can you be too strong?

Could the new gym rats who want to look like and play like Nadal be doing themselves more harm than good?

There is no question that strength without skill or even good skill levels with low strength will produce less than optimum results. But is it really that important for a tennis player to be able to perform a traditional gym exercise like a squat using a 200+kg bar?

It could be argued that a squat of 100kg along with great stability, power, body control and skill is a far better combination.

This begs the question, "Why not have all these and a 200+kg squat?" Although this sounds like the ideal solution, discussion of this nature is totally misguided.

The main problem is that when it comes to weight training, players (and their coaches and fitness trainers) are often guilty of using old, non-sports-specific bodybuilding principles that focus on building size in isolated muscles through use of exercises that operate in only one plane of motion.

In tennis you need to be able to convert muscle strength into explosive power very quickly. Although traditional weight training will make you stronger, it won't necessarily enable you to convert that strength into power quick enough for maximum tennis performance.

Let's face it, in a multi-skilled sport like tennis, the objective is to improve sport performance and reduce injury potential, not build entrants for bodybuilding competitions!

You may possibly start to look a bit like the heavily muscled Nadal, but you still won't be much nearer to producing his level of power ' that's assuming you haven't injured your back in along the way!

Let's examine the example of the 200+ kg squat.

To work on the squat in the traditional way means at best the player loads up the bar to the point where they need a 'spotter' (someone who provides support) for safety reasons. Alternatively, they use a cage that is safer but because the bar is fixed it does not allow them to work in a multi-plane environment ' which after all is how the game of tennis is played.

One of the biggest problems with both of these scenarios is that the excessive loading that occurs to the spine and joints on an ongoing basis impacts on the risk/safety ratio over time. The greater the loads, the greater are the chances of injury. Often players get to the point of 'failure' because of the physical and mental pressure of the bar on their backs rather than because of fatigue in the legs.

There is no doubt that for a player to improve strength they must train at intensities high enough to elicit a strength response (the principle of overload), but there is a better way to increase muscular loading AND nervous system loading ' thus improving core stability and balance in the process and lessening the strain on the spine and joints.

This can be achieved using single-leg exercises ' replicating the game of tennis that's played predominantly on a single-leg basis anyway.

You can still do maximal lifts just as you would with traditional double-leg squatting, but without the excessive loads on the spine and joints.

Note - You can also use this type of training on the upper body with the use of dumbbells.

This kind of training means that unlike traditional weight training you are working more muscles ' the primary muscles (big muscle groups) as well as the smaller stabilisers.

Furthermore, this kind of strength training also provides an added skill component to your physical training that will reap rewards when transferred to the court.

As far as Nadal is concerned, he is clearly a very talented player who was born with great tennis skills, which he has honed over the years.

His physique and the physicality of his style of play only go to enhance his considerable racket skills, without which he would not be the same player.

Try incorporating some single-leg and single-arm exercises to help maximise your tennis performance while staying injury-free.

How to Spot Bipolar Manic Depression

How to Spot Bipolar Manic Depression by Tim F Clark

Bipolar manic depression is a serious medical condition that causes alterations in a person's mood, energy, and ability to function. Unlike the typical mood swings a normal person experiences, the symptoms of bi polar manic depression are much more severe. It often attacks when a person experiences an unusually great deal of stress, whether from work, school or family. Research also suggest that Bipolar manic depression could be hereditary, or that there may be a physical problem with the brain systems that control our mood. For women, it can also be triggered by childbirth or during menopause.

Medical professionals also refer to manic-depressive illness as bipolar mood disorder. It is a disturbance in a person’s mood characterized by extreme, often inappropriate and unpredictable mood swings. Mood swings can be mild, moderate or severe and are accompanied by changes in thinking and behavior. Symptoms are often subtle and unnoticeable, but increases with time. If a person exhibits an unusual change in mood or disposition that persists for longer than two weeks, it is almost certainly a sign of bipolar manic depression.

This term refers to the "two poles" of mood, with depression or feeling down at one end and mania or feeling high at the other end. The course of the illness varies from patient to patient, making the arrival at a single treatment for all those who suffer from it virtually impossible. Treating the medical condition involves recognizing the unique symptoms that the individual exhibits and prescribing the best treatment approach.

Manic-depression has been with human beings since the beginning of time. Though there is no known cure, most forms of bipolar disorder are eminently treatable with medication and supportive psychotherapy. If an individual begins to show signs of the disorder, it is imperative to seek professional help as early as possible. Without treatment, the frequency and severity of this recurring illness can increase over the years, which may ultimately lead to suicide, the leading cause of death for individuals suffering from manic-depression.

This illness affects both men and women, with 2% of the population in the U.S. suffering from this condition. Many cases have shown that women are more likely to have symptoms of depression, whereas men are more likely to have symptoms of mania. It is more common among people in upper socioeconomic classes and usually starts in early adult life, before the age of 35. However, a person may experience his/her first manic-depression episode at any age – cases of the illness occurring in the elderly and even children have been reported.

Cyclothymic disorder, on the other hand, is a less severe form of manic-depression. It is characterized by less intense episodes of excitement and sadness lasting for only a few days and recurs at irregular intervals. Although its symptoms may persist throughout adult life, it does not completely impair a person’s social or personal functioning. Rather it may even contribute to the person's success in many aspects of his or her career or personal life.

Tim Clark writes health related articles, the majority of which can be found on his website on bi polar disorder , where he has a large listing of bipolar disorder articles.

Bio-Mechanics a Cure for Back Problems?

Bio-Mechanics a Cure for Back Problems? by Terry OBrien

When our body is in the standing position it is in a state of unsteady equilibrium because the base is small and the centre of gravity is a long way above it. That is why it has to be balanced by keeping the centre of gravity over the base, otherwise the body would fall over.

Equilibrium: The steadiness of the body depends on the size of its base and the distance of the centre of gravity from that base. An object having a large base and a low centre of gravity is not easily upset.

The first thing necessary in order to accomplish good posture is to straighten the neck, keep the chin down and back. The second important thing is correct deep breathing.

The line of gravity in the fundamental standing position falls in front of the ears, and in front of the cervical and dorsal vertebrae, through the lumbar vertebrae, through the hip joint, and slightly in front of the ankle joint. But this probably varies in individuals according to their build and height.

"Biomechanics is that branch of science concerned with the understanding of the interrelationships of structure and function of living beings with respect to the kinematics and kinetics of motion"

Poor Posture associated by the following:

Genetic disorders, Familial association, Irregular/no exercise, Bad habits when sitting or standing, Carrying excess loads, (School/shopping) Underweight/Overweight (Inadequate diet)
Mental Attitude towards oneself.

Biomechanics is our way of describing how each bit of your body moves in relation to another bit.

Our bodies are fantastic at compensating when things are not quite perfect but unfortunately when we run out of compensations we usually end up with pain and stiffness.

Let's have a look at some of the more common biomechanical problems:

Problem 1.

It's the fashion not to tie trainers and shoes up but this prevents the shoe from supporting the inside of the foot and allows the foot to roll or 'pronate' too much in standing and walking.

This means the knee and the hip rolls inwards too much which makes the inside calf and inside thigh muscle shorter. The iliotibial band can then rub against the outside knee giving pain.

Further up, the bottom muscles become too long and stop working as they should do which puts added stress on the pelvis and low back joints. Before you know it you have back pain, knee pain and ankle pain! And all because of fashion!

Problem 2.

Whether you drive 5 miles or 500 miles a day your car seat is really important. In many cars the base of the seat slopes backwards. In fact some of the more expensive cars are the worst because they want you to feel 'snug' and safe in the seat. However, this position forces your pelvis to sit too far backwards.

Once this happens your low back and upper back flex forward too much but then your neck muscles have to work really hard to stop your head from flexing too much and allow you to see where you are going. This position then forces your shoulder blades to stretch too far forwards and a large stress is placed on both the front and the back of the shoulder.

The result is neck pain and /or upper or low back pain. This position can exacerbate sciatica as it is a big stretch for the nerves.
The solution is to raise the back of the seat so it becomes more horizontal. Some cars allow you to alter this angle but if yours does not then sit on a small cushion or buy a special wedge shape cushion that fits into the seat.

The Importance of Car Maintenance

The Importance of Car Maintenance by Dennis James

I am going to start this article with an obvious cliché that says that the car is one of the most important and useful inventions of all times by far, in the whole history of humankind.

Yet, getting over this aspect of the problem we land on this: how important is the maintenance to a car (owner). This is a very suitable question because there are many people that would rather buy an expensive car and not to make those indispensable maintenance changes that simply have to be done at some point, or simply there are people that do not take care of their cars but only when they do not seem to work at all anymore.

Yet, no matter if we are discussing about a car as a personal asset, a car as a public transportation mean it is suggested to avoid different difficulties that may appear when owning a car.

Try not to be one of those owners rather indifferent to their cars that simply start the car, drive and then park it. Not knowing what may be wrong with your car or how it works it makes it impossible to maintain it in a perfect condition.

Do not think of keeping your car in a perfect condition as another way to lose money – think of if you keep it in a perfect condition you will get to sell the car at a great price in a few years.

Think if you really afford not to pay the attention, you should to your car, and go for learning how to take care of it. Even if you do not know basic things about cars such as how to do a rudimentary check of your car engine, or how to check your engine oil level, the spark plug change (if it may be the case) or even the windscreen wiper change it does mean you have to worry.

All these can be learnt very easily and the Internet is full useful advice on this subject. Another important thing you should learn (if you do not already know, of course) is how to take care of your car during winter months when winter tires are required and sometimes even chains. I have listed below a few basics when it comes to owning and maintaining a car.

First of all, you will need to know how to buy a new car, what values you should look for and how to spot possible problems. This will take just a few hours because all you have to do is check car guides and see a few aspects and their meaning.

Second, assuming you do not want to buy a new car, or simply want to buy a used one too, you should know how to buy a used car and not be scammed. This way you will know how to sell it yourself in the future and obtain a good price for it.

Third, you will need to prepare some kind of a schedule based on which you will do a routine check-up. This will avoid any serious problems in the future.

Fourth, something very important is to how to change a tire because there are many people who simply do now know what to do.

And last, but not least you will need to know when the battery is flat and how you can either replace it or recharge it.

Of course, aside from these, there are a few other general aspects that you should note, but these will give you a great start.

Dennis runs Car Dealer Check which has reviews on Wisconsin Car Dealers including Milwaukee Car Dealers.

Left Handed Golf Club Sets: A Guide for Left Handers

Left Handed Golf Club Sets: A Guide for Left Handers by Paul Easton

Being born with the left hand as your master hand can both be a blessing and a curse. You can get around most things, such as left handed desks, and writing with your left had. When it comes to left handed golf club sets, it becomes a pain being a lefty.

It's a good thing then that left handed golf club sets are not very hard to find, and it may not even cost the same as a normal set. It is important to take your time shopping for the right left handed golf club set that fits your needs.

Most major golf companies like, Callaway, Mizuno and Nike actually make right handed and left handed golf club sets. But due to the small demand for sets to manufacture left handed golf club sets, there are not many of them in the market.

Callaway, Mizuno, Ping and Nike actually make both right and left-handed golf club sets. Demand for the left-handed versions is less, due to the number of left handed players being less in the professional golf market.

Does it cost more to a lefty?

Even though the demand for left handed golf club sets is less, it is no more expensive than the normal right handed clubs. As a matter of fact left handed golf club sets costs pretty much the same as right handed ones.

Custom Made Left handed Golf Clubs

Just like normal golf clubs, left handed golf club sets can be custom made and designed for the individual. All you need is the golfers, gender, height and weight, together with distance from the golfer's wrist to the floor. Speed of swing, age, handicap, plus what club is being used on the 150 yard mark to make the changes.

Custom made golf clubs are more expensive than over the counter left handed golf club sets, but it can be worth the money, time and effort when fitting. Usually the appropriate golf club set can improve a golfer's game and his enjoyment of it.

Many players enthusiastically buy new clubs sets, including those left handers to find that the game requires concentration and skills that they don't have. If you're thinking that some of the golf dreamers are left handed then your definitely right. This allows you to find bargains gathering dust in the back of garages.

So watch out for garage sales, because if they won't sell those dust gathering golf sets then their wives probably will. And the greatest part is that they will probably sell those left handed gold club sets for a fraction of the original price just to get them out of the way. A bonus for you and a win for space from the previous owner!

The Soul Urge Numbers in Numerology

The Soul Urge Numbers in Numerology by Victor Epand

The Soul Urge number in numerology is calculated by using only the vowels of the person's full birth name. Write out the person's full birth name (whatever is on their birth certificate) and leave a space below each vowel for its corresponding number. The letter A is 1, U is 3, E is 5, O is 6 and I is 9. Y is included if it serves as a vowel in the name and is assigned the number 7. W can also be considered a vowel if there is another vowel before it that blends with the "w" to make one sound (like in the name Shaw). In that case the W is assigned the number 5. Add together all of the vowels and reduce accordingly so that the result is between 1 and 9 (the master numbers of 11 and 22 can be reduced here). This will be the Soul Urge number- which is a glimpse into what the heart most desires on the life path.

A Soul Urge number of 1 will allow a person to feel content when they are excelling in competition. There is a need to win in order to feel appreciated and accepted. It is a combination of needing to prove something to their own mind and seeking the approval of others. A number of 2 will make a person have a deep need and longing for harmony and love in their life. In order to achieve that, pain, conflict and stress have to be avoided. With diplomacy and mediation, they will feel truly fulfilled.

A Soul Urge number of 3 will allow a person to gain their sense of calm through creative acts. Their confidence grows in expressing their writing or verbal abilities- especially when they are used to interact with other people. A number of 4 will need financial security to feel safe and secure in their environment. Debt and economic uncertainty wear at their nerves. Being recognized professionally for their abilities and knowledge will be icing on the cake.

A Soul Urge number of 5 make for a person that needs freedom in order to explore the world. A lack of restraints will allow for happiness and fulfillment for these people. A number 6 will find their happiness in others- more specifically, in the recognition that others have of their ability to provide care. They will be dedicated to making the lives of those other people better.

A Soul Urge number of 7 make for a person who needs to do some deep spiritual digging to see what is beneath all of the layers of the world. They will often retreat into introspection in order to find the answers and truths they are seeking. A number 8 wants monetary success, power and authority. These things all translate into security and fulfillment. A number 9 is all about the greater good. Making a difference and benefiting humanity will make them happier than serving their own needs. They will live life fully and selflessly.

Meditation: Six Step to Unlocking Your Inner Peace

Meditation: Six Step to Unlocking Your Inner Peace by Chris Le Roy

We live in a hectic and uncertain world, with violence and chaos surrounding us every minute of the day. We are getting busier and busier and being bombarded with commercialism and adverts from every angle. Just like many of us I have been looking for a way to break the constant information overload to help give my mind a chance to relax and after many years of studying and test trying the art of meditation by many of the great religions like Budhism I have found a simple six step formula that helps me to unleash the inner peace that really wishes to come out.

Step 1 - Find a cool quiet place

The first step in unleashing your inner peace is to find somewhere that will allow you to feel safe whilst meditating and undisturbed. Some of the sorts of places you might consider are sitting on the ground in the garden, near a river, or if you are like me and bound to the city, simply sitting in your lounge room will suffice. There are though a few key things that you must consider -

There should be little traffic noise

There is Nothing worse than to just start meditating to hear the sound of the air brakes on a truck going off or an ambulance or police car going past.

Be Free From Distractions

When you first start meditating you will find it maybe difficult to get started but with a little practice, and that is the fun part, you will find over time that you will get better at it but in the early stages a little distraction from your children or noise can make it very difficult.

You Must Feel Safe

With todays society being the way that it is, you must have a sense of well being before starting your meditation. If you have a sense of insecurity you will find that it is very difficult to release your anxieties and most importantly your thoughts.

BeComfortable

Most meditation periods usually will last around 20 minutes. When you first start off you may find that it takes a good 10 minutes to get to a point of being relaxed so make sure that you sit on a comfortable surface before starting the meditation process. I am a great believer in sitting on the floor however if you find it difficult to sit upright for any period of time, simply sit against the wall. Doing this can also help you with your sense of feeling safe. If you find it more comfortable sitting in a chair, try your meditation that way. I do not recommend sitting on a couch simply because you run the risk that you may fall asleep and whilst that is great before going to bed, it is not recommended as the outcome to the meditation process.

Step 2 - Use a Light Incense

Depending on where you are, you may find that a light incense will help you break through the barriers when you first start meditating. If you are like me and are constantly on the rush and stressed, when you first stop you might find that it is really difficult to focus on your meditation because of the buzz running through your blood so using a light incense like lavendar can certainly help.

You can purchase incense from any number of stores like chinese food stores, oriental food stores or even some of the mystics stores and there are certainly many places on the web where you can purchase a light incense. Be warned though that it is illegal in some countries to buy incense via mail order and more so only buy from a reputable dealer as you never know what you could be importing.

Step 3 - Put some quiet music on

The saying, "Music Soothes the Savage Beast" is never a more truer statement then when trying to find your inner world of peace. Playing some quiet music will certainly help soothe the buzz you have after a hard day but be very cautious on the type of music you choose. You need to ensure you choose music that will slow you down rather than increase your heart rate.

Many meditation gurus will recommend music like flowing water, a rushing stream or the sounds of the great outdoors, which will all certainly be suitable for this process but what I find the most useful is music from the Baroque period.

The music from this period has particular elements that make it suitable and more conjucent to helping you find that inner peace. Baroque music is built on 60 beats per minute, which funnily enough is the same as what our hearts should be doing. What some research has shown is that listening to music that has 60 beats per minute actually increases the alpha waves that cause calmness on both the left and right side of the brain. The outcome of this is that you will becom calm and relax, similar to if you whistled a tune. Research has also shown that this "alpha state" can help in your learning process, creativity and more importantly becoming more calm.

Step 4 - Focus on Your Breathing. Breath In and Out

Now that we have the elements we need to meditate, it is now time for you to try . My preferred way to sit when I meditate is to cross my legs and to place my hands on my knees with my open palms up. If you can not cross your legs simply sit with your legs layed out flat. If you are sitting in a chair, simply spread your leg apart a little and place your hands on your knees.

The next step in the path towards peaces is to close your eyes and to breath in deeply and then slowly exhail the air. You need to consistently repeat this process but whilst you are doing this, there are a few important things to remember. When you first start to meditate you will find that as you relax, the things that bothered you during the day will start to resurface and come to the forefront of your mind and we need to stop this during your meditation period because if you do not, you can end up being more stressed then when you started. Whilst you are breathing, simply look into the depths of the darkness and clear you mind.

If you are finding it difficult to let go, try this technique. Whilst breathing in slowly, concentrate in your minds eye on the number one and focus on the number as you exhail. Then as you take your second breath, change the number one to a number two and then focus on the number two and maintain that focus as you exhail. With each new breath, focus on the next number. However, if at any time your focus gets away from you and you start thinking about making dinner or what you are going to do tomorrow, then simply restart from the number one. You will find that after a while using this process will really help you to maintain that focus and start to bring out that inner peace a lot quicker.

If you are having difficulty sleeping I find that using the counting process and the breathing process really helps a lot. Once again it does take time to master the technique but the more you practice the better you will get at it.

Step 5 - Clear Your Mind

Once you have mastered the process of breathing and getting into a relaxed state, the next stage is to clear your mind. This can take a little bit of work and will take a while to conquer but when you do conquer it, you will really no what inner peace is. To clear your mind, you will simply not think of anything but just exhist. The key to clearing your mind is to focus on the space around you (whilst your eyes are closed) without thinking about a thing.

When you do this, an overwhelming sense of peace will come over your. You will find that the endorphins will give you a tingling feeling through out your body and you will be extremely calm. You will find as time goes on that you can in fact turn the tingling on at your own will but that comes with practice.

Step 6 - Feel the Rush of Peace

The Budhists talk of meditating to reach enlightenment and whilst it can take a life time or two to achieve that, I can certainly say that when you do get to that point where you have let go of your surroundings and you are at peace its certainly feels like a whole new world. At the very least, not being stressed and feeling that constant buzz caused by the pressures of our day-to-day lives, will certainly give you a new definition of normal.

When you feel that your time for meditation is over, slowly allow your mind to start to think. You will find that its actually a lot easier than you think. Then slowly open your eyes and become more aware of your surroundings. Give yourself a good five minutes before you rush to get up but when you do, you should feel a sense of calm and peace around your body, mind and soul.

Appreciation For Administrative Professionals

Appreciation For Administrative Professionals by Ivan Cuxeva

A business, much like a family is an important part of our society, it is first and foremost comprised of people who work in harmony towards a common goal, administrative professionals are in charge of making things work throughout the company, it is them who make things happen on a daily basis and the ones who carry the most pressure in any business. Showing appreciation for their hard work is not only adequate but a good way to let them know their work is highly appreciated and that they are a vital part of your business.

Studies have shown that people who do not feel comfortable with a certain employer will end up leaving the job within the first week or within a month (if late). The number one reason for employees to quit is related to the way management treats workers (administrative professionals included), the lack of human touch is ultimately what causes the downfall of businesses which is why people admit that when they quit a job they are not quitting the job itself, they are quitting their boss!

If you think about it, this simple (yet important) human interaction is necessary to keep your employees happy and working hard towards the success of the business; if you take this in consideration you will soon realize that you can make your business more efficient if you show your administrative professionals that you care for them; a simple thank you and a smile is all it takes to make people feel good at their place of work.

Every year during the week of April 20-26 administrative professionals are honored for their hard work and contribution to the place of business they operate at; this week is the best time to show appreciation for those who have helped your company grow, remember that no business can operate efficiently without a dedicated team of professionals working in harmony.

There are several ways you can show your appreciation towards your administrative employees, you can organize a dinner, send cards or send them gift baskets, this last option is usually the best, gift baskets are used worldwide because it is an elegant way to show your appreciation and is also cost effective; there are several other gift ideas you can use, however the most important thing is to remember this date and honor it accordingly.

ChandaGiftStudio.com provides excellent administrative professional gift ideas as well as beautifully designed gift baskets and cookie bouquets, visit us today!

9 Tips to a Successful Renovation/Remodeling Project

9 Tips to a Successful Renovation/Remodeling Project by Crazy Cabinet Guy

Once you have decided that you undertaking a renovation project it is time to start looking for a remodeler or contractor. This process can sometimes take as long as the project itself. Finding the contractor that can not only handle the project, but that you can also establish a good relationship with can be the key to a successful remodel or one of the nightmare stories you hear on the home improvement shows. Below are 9 tips to planning and executing a successful remodeling project.

1. Establish good two-way communication with the remodeler. Without good communication from the beginning, you can most certainly expect problems with your remodeling project. It is important to note whether or not he or she returns your calls promptly, listens to your suggestions, and answers your questions clearly and accurately. A good contractor should always be reachable when needed. By having a good rapport with the contractor, you can effectively and efficiently tackle problems when they arise.

2. Go with the contractor that has the proven track record and the one you trust. Trust is a big factor when choosing a contractor. Follow up with references and go with your guy instinct. Sometimes it is worthwhile to pay a little bit extra up front to get the contractor that you feel most comfortable with.

3. Establish a clear time line for the project. One of the biggest complaints from homeowners is that their remodeling project drags on and on. By establishing a clearly defined time line for the project, and contingency plans if the project runs over it will help keep the remodeler on track and it will give you a benchmark for progress.

4. Get everything in a written proposal. Verbal agreements can be left open for misinterpretation and confusion. By clearly spelling everything out on paper, you can ensure that your expectations and the remodelers plans match up perfectly.

5. Don’t overlook the minor details. There are a lot of little details that need to be settled before work starts. What times of day will they be working? How will he access the property? How will cleanup be handled? How will they protect your property?
6. Flexibility is the key. Very few projects ever go exactly according to plan, so you will need to have some flexibility. Plan on your renovation or remodeling project interrupting your life in some way.

7. Layout a plan for handling modifications or changes. When you are trying to put your personal touches on a project, it is inevitable that there will be minor (sometimes major) changes to the materials or layout. Agree with your remodeler on how these changes will be handled before the start of work. Also understand that changes could affect the schedule and the budget, so it’s important you have all changes in writing.

8. Cover all your bases on the contract. The contract should include these elements: a timetable for the project, price and payment schedule, detailed specifications for all products and materials, insurance information, permit information, procedures for handling change orders, lien releases, provisions for conflict resolution, notice of your right under the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling Off Rule (your right to cancel the contract within three days if it was signed someplace other than the remodeler’s place of business), and details on the important issues (such as access to your home, care of the home, cleanup and trash removal).

9. Ask for a written Lien Waiver from the remodeler upon completion of the work. If the remodeler hires subcontractors for portions of the work it is their responsibility to see them compensated. In order to ensure this has been done and to protect yourself, ask for a written lien waiver when the work is finished. This document will verify everyone has been paid.

Fax Machine Marketing: What You Need To Know

Fax Machine Marketing: What You Need To Know by James Copper

Many people don't recognize the fax machine as a marketing tool but, with the wide spread of dislike for telemarketers, many smaller businesses and home-based companies are making use of a technology they most likely already have in their office or house. Flyers, newsletters, advertisements and business cards are being pushed and passed around and thrown out every day, why not try something a little different that customers won't be so likely to drop into the trash without so much of a glance.

Before starting a fax machine marketing plan, keep in mind that fax broadcasting is indeed legal and try to follow these rules to keep your fax marketing campaign legitimate:

1) Do You Have A Business Relationship?
Were you were given the fax number you're advertising to voluntarily? This includes anything, such as through your website, a business card or an email or letter with a fax number on it. If so, you have the right to send that business whatever kind of information you'd like, including advertisements.

2) Is The Number Publicly Advertised?
If a business publishes their fax number in a directory, advertisement or on a website, then they have made that number available for public use and you are free to send their machine your advertisements and unsolicited faxes.

3) Are You Providing A Cost Free Removal Request?
Just like an email, it is your responsibility to provide a cost free way for businesses to opt out of receiving your faxes. You may want to provide a toll free fax or phone number for those who do not want to be contacted by you or even an email address used specifically for removal requests.

Before you start faxing your message, you need to create the perfect pitch to get potential customers interested in your products or services. Ask yourself how your product/service can benefit a customer and why they would buy from you. You can create any number of fliers filled with different information and you can send as many as you like. Send fliers announcing a special or sale you're having, offering a list of services or products you supply or a flier announcing a grand opening. Let customers know about an event you are hosting, a new product or service or just send out a letter of introduction to your business. The possibilities are endless.

Make your fax all one page and don't go overboard on images. Make it short and sweet and get right to the point because, like yourself, most business owners don't have a lot of time to read faxes. Don't send a fax more than once a month, you don't want to irritate potential customers and turn them off to your service. Don't use fancy fonts or pictures, a fax needs to be readable in case some of the original color is lost in the translation. The majority of businesses own a fax machine, so if you're not fax marketing already, go ahead and get started. You'll have an edge over the competition and will be able to focus your advertisements on companies you know will be interested in your service.

Great Link Building Strategies You Must Try

Great Link Building Strategies You Must Try by Peter Brittain

Great link building ideas requires a lot of creativity, original thinking and research and is a time consuming challenge faced by all the online marketers. So long as search engines continue to place a great deal of emphasis on incoming links there is no avoiding link building. Any successful businessman will testify that reaching the top in your field is difficult, while remaining there and maintain top rankings all the time is even tougher. However, for you to deal with this necessary evil here are some strategies that will get you the highest return for your time. Some of the ideas discussed are not new but you will surely find a few ones that you have not tried before.

Creating viral lists
Create unique and fresh content that people want to link to, this will not only increase traffic but will also diversify your traffic channels. The key is to create good quality content and publish it on your site. Syndicating as well as sharing it on networks such as Zimbio.com is also a good idea. Inviting people to blog about the content, bookmarking, and submitting on sites such as Digg after making suitable variations to avoid duplicate content issues is also worth it. Viral lists topics such as
Top 100 list relating to your field of business.
Top 10 or 20 myths about your business or industry.
List of experts and opinion leaders in your business or industry
List of resources for the business you are in.
Top 10 pitfalls you can do well avoid in your industry.
Ten easy ways to get the desired outcome in your industry or business.

Ask for links in a straightforward manner and you will be surprised that people are far more receptive than we give them credit for. A few ways you can be straightforward are

Ask the Webmaster for a hyperlink if your name does not appear alongside your business or industry.

Ask visitors to do things and explain how that will be mutually beneficial to both of you.

If you have not been syndicating content then you are missing a great opportunity. As others subscribe and publish your content your links increase dramatically. Publish content at places from where Google gets its news such as AmericanChronical.com instead of syndicating it haphazardly.

You need to answer two questions. What do people want? And, what is the best way that can we give them what they want? Original thinking and research will enable you to find the best solutions and you will be amazed at the simplicity and ease of executing these strategies.

There are some things you could do well to avoid, such as purchasing text links to increase search engine traffic. In case you buy text links it should be with the sole purpose of getting traffic from the other site.

Also avoid swapping links with non-relevant websites as search engines recognize swaps. Swapping is recommended only if the website is highly relevant to your site. In fact too many link swapping actually hurts page ranking.

Dealing With Your Depression

Dealing With Your Depression by Stanley Popovich

Some people have a difficult time in managing their depression. Sometimes, their depression and fears can get best of them. As a result, here is a short list of techniques that a person can use to help manage their depression.

One of the ways to manage your depression is to challenge your negative thinking with positive statements and realistic thinking. When encountering thoughts that make your fearful or depressed, challenge those thoughts by asking yourself questions that will maintain objectivity and common sense. For example, your afraid that if you do not get that job promotion then you will be stuck at your job forever. This depresses you, however your thinking in this situation is unrealistic. The fact of the matter is that there all are kinds of jobs available and just because you do not get this job promotion does not mean that you will never get one. In addition, people change jobs all the time, and you always have that option of going elsewhere if you are unhappy at your present location.

Some people get depressed and have a difficult time getting out of bed in the mornings. When this happens, a person should take a deep breath and try to find something to do to get their mind off of the problem. A person could take a walk, listen to some music, read the newspaper or do an activity that will give them a fresh perspective on things. Doing something will get your mind off of the problem and give you confidence to do other things.

Sometimes, we can get depressed over a task that we will have to perform in the near future. When this happens, visualize yourself doing the task in your mind. For instance, you and your team have to play in the championship volleyball game in front of a large group of people in the next few days. Before the big day comes, imagine yourself playing the game in your mind. Imagine that your playing in front of a large audience. By playing the game in your mind, you will be better prepared to perform for real when the time comes. Self-Visualization is a great way to reduce the fear and stress of a coming situation.

Another technique that is very helpful is to have a small notebook of positive statements that makes you feel good. Whenever you come across an affirmation that makes you feel good, write it down in a small notebook that you can carry around with you in your pocket. Whenever you feel depressed, open up your small notebook and read those statements.

Take advantage of the help that is available around you. If possible, talk to a professional who can help you manage your fears and anxieties. They will be able to provide you with additional advice and insights on how to deal with your current problem. By talking to a professional, a person will be helping themselves in the long run because they will become better able to deal with their problems in the future. Managing your fears and anxieties takes practice. The more you practice, the better you will become.

The techniques that I have just covered are some basic ways to manage your depression, however your best bet is to get some help from a professional.

Stan Popovich is the author of, A Layman's Guide to Managing Fear, an easy to read book that presents a overview of techniques that are effective in managing persistent fears and anxieties. For additional information go to: http://www.managingfear.com

IFTPS: The Five Major Advantages of Pay Per Click Marketing

IFTPS: The Five Major Advantages of Pay Per Click Marketing by Jerry Work

Pay per click marketing has five major advantages that set it apart from other forms of advertising. These are immediacy, flexibility, transparency, portability, and scalability. Each of these advantages is discussed in more detail below.

Immediacy. With paid search, once you identify keywords for which you would like your site to be listed in a search engine results page, or a relevant non-search site for which you would like your ad to appear, you can have your ad appearing in a matter of hours, if not minutes. To get your site listed as a natural result on a search results page will likely require months of time and a considerable amount of work. Most other forms of advertising also require considerable production time.

Flexibility. Imagine that your company has just spent a large sum of money producing a TV ad. One night, you see your TV ad and decide that you just don't like it and want to change it immediately. That would be a very expensive nightmare. By contrast, a pay per click ad can be changed at any time, with the new ad running in place of the old with no delay. Pay per click gives you incredible flexibility to make real-time changes to your campaign based on data or personal preference.

Transparency. With paid search, you have complete clarity regarding the performance of your advertising. Unlike traditional advertising, such as print, radio, or TV ads, with paid search you will know exactly how many leads or sales resulted from your promotions. Not only will you know in a broad sense, you will know down to the level of exactly what keyword and what ads generated the most clicks or conversions. This makes it much easier to tweak your ad campaign for maximum profitability.

Portability. You will learn much from your pay per click campaign that can be ported to other advertising media. For example, if you discover a particular keyword that converts at a very high rate, then you might be well-served to engage in a search engine optimization campaign so that your site appears in the natural search listings for that same keyword. Or you might discover that one of your ads with a particular headline does very well, indicating that it might be a headline or slogan that would work well for your off-line marketing.

Scalability. If you want to advertise on TV, you have to have the budget to produce the TV commercial. If you want to run a print ad, you may find the expense prohibitive. By contrast, with a pay per click campaign, you can begin advertising immediately regardless of how small your budget is. If you are running standard search engine results page text link ads, there is no production cost other than the time it takes you to write your ads. And even if your budget is only $10 per day, you can still get in the game (unless you are in one of the extremely expensive categories such as mortgage loans or accident attorneys). Once you have a larger budget, it is very easy to scale your campaign up.

The above list represents the five major advantages of pay per click compared to other forms of advertising. It is a medium available to even the smallest advertiser that offers great flexibility and affordability. If you are currently spending money on traditional advertising, I highly recommend that you give paid search a try.

How to Deal with Fear of Rejection

How to Deal with Fear of Rejection by Mike Pilinski

You look up and see a girl. She's definitely your type and you lock eyes for a moment, frozen... like a pair of deer caught in each other's headlights. She acknowledges your presence -- there's a mild curiosity in her eyes. Seconds grind by like hours and you can feel the moment gurgling away like rainwater down a sewer. You're vaguely aware there's some kind of play to be made here or something, but you're completely unprepared. Then something distracts her and she looks away... the train pulls out, she gets into a cab, the bell rings for class. The moment vanishes like a ghost as though it had never existed in the first place. But you'll see it over and over again in your mind won't you? Re-run a zillion times like a bad movie that you can't get away from.

If you've ever known the agony of watching a chance encounter ripe with romantic possibility slip away while you stood helplessly and watched, then you know all about the lowest moment in a man's life. Fear of having our romantic advances rejected by a woman still remains the #1 most difficult aspect of trying to hook up. And I think it could be even worse nowadays than ever before. After all, when have men ever been at such a social disadvantage to women as they are today... what with the complete collapse of any sort of culturally insistent need for them to act subservient in our presence? When have they ever been as sarcastic, demanding or casually judgmental of our fumbling actions?... or as secure in expressing them -- since they now have the full protection of the law (including government and corporate anti-harassment rules) protecting them from any serious blowback?

This makes the job of romantically approaching a woman a momentous chore for those of us who don't happen to have a monster set of brass balls helping us out. I've done a lot of study and thinking about this subject (not to mention experiencing some delightful kicks in the teeth during the course of my, ah... research), and it seems to me that there are 3 important things to know about the art of meeting women:

1) You need to have some kind of standard icebreaker. And I'm not talking about some worn-out conversational opener like "been here often?". Stop and think for a moment -- most of us (unless we have some sort of severe social anxiety that requires psychiatric treatment) usually have no real problem making casual small talk with people, even perfect strangers on the subway, and really... even with hot chicks. If you knew in advance that you were only going to walk up to a girl and have a conversation about the weather, why... there would hardly be any anxiety involved in THAT, right? So then why all the fear?

Because we know that if our true desire is to "pick her up", then somehow we will have to do SOMETHING SPECIAL in order to change that mundane conversation over into a romantic one -- and THIS unknown "something" that we have no clue as to how to do is what scares the hell out of us!

I call this essential yet frightening transitional moment in a man-woman exchange "the icebreaker" -- and like I said it is our uncertainty over just how to make this verbal "crossover" without looking like a complete fool that lies at the heart of our fear of rejection. Here in Dr. Frankenstein's "seduction lab" I like to devise various little work-arounds for these types of nasty problems.

One interesting conversational device that I've actually had a surprising amount of luck with is something I call resigned speculation. This is where you ask "The Question" by framing it in a manner that makes it seem like there is, of course, little or no chance of her responding in a positive way: "Listen, I know I'm probably crazy imagining that someone as (attractive, cool, stunning, vibrant) as you would be free to (have dinner, grab some coffee, get a drink) with me some evening...?" And then (the tough part) let that question just hang in the air until she's forced to react. You're speculating, you see -- resigned to the fact that it's probably just a pipe dream that anyone as gorgeous as her would be in a position to take up your wistful offer. See? This sort of oblique approach is disarming, charming and non-threatening to most women... especially if you present it in a playful and teasing manner.

Resigned speculation is a great way to casually cross over the boundary from friendly stranger to romantic possibility without having to make that high-pressure, sweaty "verbal hit" that many of us just can't bring ourselves to do. I've actually been stunned at how many times women will immediately jump at such a seemingly "oh well..." kind of offer. Not always of course, or even most of the time truthfully, but I'll bet it's been around 30-40% of the time in my experience... and in this crazy and unpredictable game baby, dat ain't bad!

2) Whatever you decide your icebreaker is, you need to standardize that statement for yourself, write it down... AND DRIVE IT WAY DOWN DEEP INTO YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND! That's because when the moment arrives and you see a great looking girl and have a perfect opportunity to approach her... your nerves will start to jangle, your mind will blank out and pretty much just flatline on you. And when your skull is empty, you are powerless my friend.

You need to do whatever it takes to make this phrase as easy to remember as a song lyric that you've heard blasted a thousand times on the radio. Something that you can 'sing' on a moment's notice in any situation... a park, an elevator, a party. Otherwise you are merely carrying around a lot of book learning in your head, but you haven't cultivated any actual SKILL yet.

3) The ability to meet and seduce women is one of the most difficult things that we will ever have to learn how to do as men. Maybe if you're currently training to land the next generation of Altair spacecraft on the moon in 15 years you've got something tougher going on in your life, but for the rest of us this sad fact remains basically true. The point is that you've got to understand the magnitude of this life challenge in order to give yourself a break and set yourself free any sense of shame that could still be lingering from past failures and fouling you up. Your behaviors are always just an expression of your most persistent thoughts -- and if those thoughts constantly linger on how much you suck and how hopeless and helpless you are, then your life's reality will follow suit... and it too will come to suck.

Begin by losing any "emotionally scarred for life" type of crutch that you might currently be hobbling around on. Nobody gets to ride any sob story for life, I don't care how horrible it was. The shelf life expires someday. You must develop the determination to press on and become as good as you need to be at this aspect of your male existence. Some of you will want to become big time players for instance, while others may be looking for a wife or girlfriend. Many of you just need to get laid and then allow that event to guide you where it may. Decide at what level YOU need to play this game, and then approach the task of acquiring the necessary skills to do so in a logical and rational fashion devoid of any "clouding" emotions such as bitterness or despair. This is how you eventually get good at charming women, it's no magic.

Two Last Minute Wedding Party Favor Ideas by Joe Palladino

Neglecting to shop early enough in the process to get wedding favors is one problem that I see all the time when couples are planning their wedding. This makes sense because of all the details, but it can lead to you needing some last minute wedding party favor ideas.

Even when you think you're allowing yourself enough time you can end up running out and feel you are down to the last minute on many of these details for your wedding. This creates stress, and when you add to that the need for wedding party gifts for your guests, you can end up in a real bind.

In this article we want to take a look at a few ideas on how you can still give your guests nice wedding souvenirs, even if you are shopping at the very last minute.

One problem with waiting until the last minute is you eliminate most opportunities to personalize your wedding party favors. Many of these type of gifts would normally include the names of the bride and groom as well as the date of the wedding.

Now you can usually figure that personalizing your favors is going to take at least a couple of weeks. You have to calculate lead time that allows for shipping as well. So what do you do, if you still would like to provide a gift for your guests.

One idea that has bailed out many a wedding party is to give flowers. You may have a floral centerpiece arranged for the tables at the reception. You can contact the florist and have them add an additional flower for each guest that will be attending the wedding.

Because they are a symbol of love and tie in so well with the theme of most weddings flowers are one gift that never disappoints. You will be able to match those with the centerpiece so it appears that you have planned this in advance even though it may be last minute.

Another idea that is popular, and yet simple, is to use candy. Candy is a gift that is very quick and easy to put together and you can put them into bags and have them ready in a very short amount of time.

You can control your costs by buying in bulk and then adding them to the bags. Hard candy, individually wrapped candies, or miniature chocolate bars all work well.

This is two last minute wedding party favor ideas that can get you out of the tight spot that you may be in and are are always sure to please. Do not feel you need to neglect this important tradition even if you are down to the last minute.

Internet Marketing Tips for Going Social

Internet Marketing Tips for Going Social by Jack Humphrey.

When you can't think of another thing you could do to promote your site just remember this: There is always something else you can do to promote your site!

I am going to let readers in on a very big secret known only to select internet marketing experts before today. It is one of the most powerful, overlooked internet marketing methods for Web 2.0.

It all started back when Web 2.0 started. I quickly realized how beneficial it would be for my web presence to get on social sites and begin branding myself. While other internet marketers were glossing over Web 2.0 as a fad or as a useless tool for marketing, I was digging in and checking out what was behind the curtain.

The links I gained were invaluable. The traffic and search engine rankings I enjoy now are a direct result of diligent study and application of techniques I developed for a new internet marketing method called "social marketing."

Social marketing was proving to be an extremely important part of my overall marketing and branding for our properties.

Then one day it hit me. Why not use the same techniques on sites that mention one of my products, my blog, or any number of my sites?

I experimented with sending traffic and links to possible joint venture partners. They responded. They really responded!

I figured most professionals were as addicted to checking their stats every day as I was. So I sent key people a powerful message of traffic. When they logged in to see a big burst of traffic had occurred above their normal daily traffic, they back tracked where it came from and found my profiles on all the social sites I sent it from.

I began to get emails thanking me for this traffic and asking how I did it. They saw the sites that I was using to send them traffic, but they thought there was something magical about the way I did it and wanted to know the secret.

All of the sudden people who were paying no attention whatsoever to me were picking up the phone and emailing trying to figure out what I was up to and why I would send them traffic for free.

I wasn't sending them links and traffic for free exactly. I did it to get their attention. And once I had it and started telling them what I did to get it, they were all ears when it came to my products which teach people how to do the same.

I got every joint venture I wanted because of this tactic. No one ignores my emails anymore and I enjoy being able to get joint ventures or even totally free mails from some of the biggest names in the business. (Some of them even mailed about my products without affiliate links!)

So I went on to develop around this idea and came up with, in hindsight, was a monstrously brilliant idea: Why not "buzz" everyone who links to or mentions one of my sites or products?

Not to get their attention necessarily. But simply to improve their rankings and link popularity so that their links to me would increase in value!

To say that this has worked wonders for our companies is a gross understatement. Since you cannot trust that people who talk about you on their blogs or in social sites are any good at promoting themselves, I simply started buzzing every single page on the web that linked to one of my sites.

I know about every new mention of my name or my sites because I use Google Alerts. When someone writes a post with my name in it, I get an alert and the direct URL to that page.

With alerts set up for all your keywords (product names, your name, websites you own, or anything related to your business you want to track) you will be the third person on the web to know when something new has been put out there.

The first person is the person who wrote about you. The second is Google. The third is you!

So after I get an alert, I immediately check out the new content, wherever it is, and if it is buzz worthy, I apply social marketing tactics to that URL and get that page some serious attention.

Over time, no matter how bad others are at marketing their own sites, you can have a huge network of popular pages pointing to your domain, sending you traffic and increasing your rankings.

Don't blow off new content or blog posts simply because they have no page rank because they are brand new. Instead, make absolutely certain the entire niche knows about those pages and increase the value of them yourself far more rapidly than the website owners will themselves.

Side Effects: Everyone you buzz and make popular comes into your circle. You will notice an increase of repeat links and mentions by those people who have benefited from you buzzing them. Traffic is the #1 way to make friends online. Friends who will send you back exponentially more traffic collectively than you ever sent them.

Your site isn't the only thing you need to focus on when promoting on the web. You should promote every site on the web where your links are found!

Now you will never get stuck wondering what else you can do to promote your business online.

To find out how to "buzz" sites and conduct a real, social internet marketing campaign, download Jack Humphrey’s Authority Black Book at http://www.authorityblackbook.com. It is responsible for millions of links and visitors for the over 45,000 people who have read it!
